This track came from Pineforest Crunchs sessions at Rommarö studios. I think we had booked the studio for three days and we were supposed to track 3 or 4 songs but our guitarist Jonas just didnt show up. We had brought his guitars and amps and everything but he was nowhere to be found. So we just soldiered through and recorded without him. This is why this track is more or less guitar free...!

This was recorded for Pineforest Crunchs third album Panamarenko but I think we felt that it was too heavy for that album. It had fitted perfectly on Watergarden the previous album.

lyrics

I spoke to Åsa about the lyrics as they come across as kind of heavy and she explained that we had met the producer of Meet Joe Black in Los Angeles and had heard about the story so when she is singing Death loves me she isnt actually singing about death as such but as if Death was a physical person.
